Let our professional staff train your team this offseason. These training sessions will be a progressive build up towards the beginning of your team’s regular season. Our professional staff will instruct your team and coaching staff in all aspects of the game. We will work on hitting, a progressive pitching routine, fielding drills, team defense, catching, as well as strength training and conditioning. All sessions are 1.5 hours long.
